Job Description:

• Handling Customer ERP Helpdesk Support Tickets
• Direct Interaction with Customer to collect the requirements.
• Design, Development and Deployment of ERP addons as per the customer requirement
• Customer Training- addon products

Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge in design and development with hands on experience (Minimum 3 years’)
• Interaction with users for new functionalities and developing the Change requests, Version upgrades & continuous improvement in ERP Solutions.
• Having experience and well versed in SQL Server
• Working knowledge of development methodologies and languages (e.g. C#, VB etc.)
• Conducting user training at various location Design Solution document for developing ERP Add-ons and Crystal Reports.
• Basic functional knowledge on Any ERP product. (SAP B1, Sage X3, Etc)
• Having good adaptability for understanding the functionality of ERP-products, so that he/she can do mapping of prospects requirements with the product.
